This program is for Smart Mortgage Centers, Licensed MLO’s Only. Exclusive lead program, provides you with 30 leads per month. Leads are a mix of conventional, USDA, FHA, VA, Grants/DPA, Non-QM and a majority will be purchase leads. This program includes a CRM (client retention management system. The CRM will provide your clients with email and text campaigns, including an introduction biography with a link to your application page. The system is set up to drive clients to complete a full application. This program also includes additional live transfers as a perk right to your cell phone. This program is a recurring program and will bill your credit card every month until you cancel.
